Jocelyn is a connection-maker. Every day she strengthens the relationships between our brand and the industry, and between our company and clients.

Gerber has a distinct point of view to share. Jocelyn helps us share it—developing strategies for and managing all of our communications, from articles in industry publications to educational seminars and client networking events.

Jocelyn also acts as a sounding board to Gerber’s team members, manages company policy development and employee communications and occasionally convinces us to set work aside and enjoy an afternoon of fun together.

While earning her bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a business minor from The Ohio State University, Jocelyn joined Gerber as an intern. Before she could walk across the stage to receive her diploma, we’d already called dibs on her—and, lucky for us, she’s been with Gerber ever since.

Jocelyn is serious about finding “me time” in every day, believing that if she talks the talk about balancing business and life, she should walk the walk too. For 30 minutes a day, she cracks open a book, paints, works on photo journals to document her travels or organizes a closet (yes, that really makes her happy). She has a built-in workout routine, thanks to her pitbulls Tasha and Teagan, who need lots of exercise—and also fancy themselves lapdogs.
