Kori J. Manus, Director of Operations
Financial Advisor, Raymond James Financial Services
Kori is constantly looking for ways to make your experience better—by making us better at what we do.
Process. In a word, that’s Kori’s sweet spot. Part of her role is to improve Gerber’s internal and plan management processes so that we can continually improve the services we provide you. She also develops plan design strategies and makes recommendations designed for minimizing business owners’ fiduciary liability.
As a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist with Series 7 and 66 Securities Licenses, an Accredited Investment Fiduciary professional designation, and the State of Ohio Life and Health Insurance License, Kori’s prior professional work focused on institutional relationships with an emphasis in qualified retirement plans.
Kori holds a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She serves on the board of directors and as the treasurer of Southeast, Inc., a nonprofit comprehensive mental health, chemical dependency and healthcare organization.
How does a powerhouse like Kori wind down? Ashtanga yoga. We’re not exactly sure of the details, but she tells us it’s very relaxing. Kori also knows the entrepreneur’s life well. Her husband owns and manages Phillip’s Original Coney Island, an independent family business that’s served Columbus for almost 100 years. Kori and Nicholas just had their first child, and we’re confident that whatever path she chooses in life, she’s bound to have a knack for business.
