RACHAEL A. PINCKNEY

As a paraplanner, Rachael works alongside the advisors to prepare documents for clients, including financial statements, business owner reports, and year-end reviews.

 

Before working at Gerber, Rachael held roles as an adjuster, recruiter, trainer, and people leader. Most recently, she was a people leader at CoverMyMeds. She enjoys organizing, process optimization, and providing a quality finished product in all her work.

 

Rachael acquired her B.S. in Agribusiness & Economics at The Ohio State University and is currently pursuing a Master's of Science in Business Psychology at Franklin University. She resides in Gahanna with her husband of 15 years and their two children, Xavier and Alivia.

 

Outside of work, she is a member of two book clubs, a brunch club, and a women's hiking club. She enjoys reading, kayaking, day parties, and listening to a wide variety of music. A sports enthusiast and philanthropist, Rachael is an avid fan of the Buffalo Bills and Ohio State football and served on two nonprofit boards: Community for New Direction and Pan-African Connections. Rachael is now pursuing a Mater's in Business Psychology at Franklin University.
