Much more than simply the smiling face behind the front desk, Sally works behind the scenes to keep Gerber’s first impressions and client communications operating smoothly on a daily basis. From database management to answering phones and scheduling appointments, Sally ensures our front desk communications are in order and running efficiently.

Her goal is to make each Gerber guest as comfortable as possible, striving for optimal comfort and efficiency from the moment they enter the building. You may recognize her from your latest visit to the Gerber office, greeting you at the door with a friendly smile. Sally is your go-to gal for all things Gerber, always at the ready to help connect you to the appropriate team member.

Sally has extensive administrative work experience and is no stranger to the entrepreneurial lifestyle. Coming from a family business and previously working with startups, Sally fits right in our entrepreneurial ecosystem. Her exceptional communication skills and positive energy enable her to adapt quickly and overcome any hurdles along the way.

Ohio native, Sally was raised in Upper Arlington, where she currently resides with her son and husband. Sally studied French and International Business at The Ohio State University, where she holds her Bachelor of Arts. Today you can usually find Sally cheering on her son at his hockey games or supporting the local chapter of Girls on the Run.
